Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Chapter 55 Spoilers

The chapter starts with Kurama confessing that he lied. The Baryon mode won’t have an effect on Naruto but Kurama. The 9 Tailed Monster Fox lost his life to protect the one who cherished the most.

Naruto tries to reach out to Kurama but at this point, it is impossible to prevent him from dying. In the end, Naruto, Boruto, and Sasuke reunite. On the other hand, Isshiki drops the last message to his favorite servant, Code. First Kurama leaves his final message to Naruto and now Isshiki leaves his final message to Code.

Isshiki says, white karma without a vessel, it is my legacy to you in the form of pure power. With this white karma, Code will inherit “The will of the Otsutsuki.” He further gives a chakra fruit to Code in order to make him a new Otsutsuki. He further conceals his will and plans to become a god.

In the end, Naruto, Sasuke, Kawaki, and Boruto finally reach their village. With Sasuke losing his Rinnegan and Naruto losing Kurama, the new generation must grow.

Boruto Chapter 55 ends with the preview for chapter 56: Code finally makes a move.

I love how the creator came up with this concept to boost the power of the New Generation by taking back the powers of the previous one.

Author’s Speculations – Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Manga

In the upcoming chapters of Boruto, we might get to see a glimpse or more details regarding the following events –

It seems Sasuke almost lost his Rinnegan and Naruto is having some side effects of using his Bareyon mode. Is it a hint that the creator is making their power levels go down on purpose? If yes, then who is going to be stronger Naruto or Sasuke. Or will it lead to the death of either of these two?

That’s not it. We got a hint of Ten-Tails and ‘Code’, what will happen of these two? Are we immediately getting to see another opponent? Or will it be served to us later in the upcoming chapters of the manga? How will they go back to Hidden Leaf, now then Sasuke lost his Rinnegan, who will perform the Time-Space jutsu. Will it be Boruto?

Boruto Chapter 54 Review:

As usual, the Boruto: Naruto Next Generations manga drops a new chapter every month. In last month’s issue, the 54th chapter got out. Chapter 53 ends at a cliffhanger, and Readers were as eager as they are right now to read the upcoming chap.

The previous chapter covers one of the unprecedented fights of “Boruto.” We already know how powerful is Momoshiki. However, even after taking control of Boruto’s body, he can’t go all out against Sasuke and Kawaki.

One of his strengths includes absorbing chakra, though, if he were to absorb Sasuke’s chakra, he might end up getting back to sleep. Besides, if he kills Kawaki then he won’t be able to grow the Divine tree. At this point, Momoshiki at his prime could easily defeat or even kill these two. But with the limitations, he couldn’t. Making the fight a lot more exciting for us readers.

Momoshiki thought Sasuke would be unable to kill Boruto since he’s his favorite student. But Sasuke makes it clear that in order to save the world, and stop Momoshiki; Sasuke won’t stop himself from killing Boruto. Somehow, Boruto manages to take back control of his body. By the time this chapter ends, we had already seen a lot of heartwarming moments – the one where Kawaki calls Boruto “bro” is one of my favorites.

Chapter 54 of Boruto Naruto Next Generations manga ends with Sasuke realizing how critical Naruto’s condition is. We are yet to find the toll it took on Naruto’s body. Whatsoever, one thing is clear. Naruto might just lose some of his powers now.

Boruto Chapter 55 holds the fate of Naruto, Sasuke, and the village.
