Recently, the franchise for Kadokawa revealed an official website to feature the anime adaptation of Bungou Street Dogs Wan!. The website also revealed the main staff who are going to be a part of the upcoming anime adaptation and its teaser visual.  There have been loads of predictions on the release date, however, the official website for the anime confirmed the airing date. The anime called Bungou Street Dogs Wan! will release on January 2021.

As per the official website, here is the list of the Main Staff – The Director for the series is Toshihiro Kikuchi (he has worked on series like Noragami as an episode director), the Series Composition will be done under Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (he has worked on JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure TV and Magical Warfare TV in the past), as for the character designs – Hiromi Daimi will be taking care of those (she has worked on Dropkick on My Devil!! Dash in the past).

There will be 2 Studios for this anime adaptation, yes you read that right; Studio Bones and Nomad will taking care of the animation. And, since they are doing it, you can expect some great scenes from the anime adaptation.

The Voice actors for the series are Mamoru Miyano, Yuuto Uemura, Yoshimasa Hosoya, Sumire Morohoshi, Kishou Taniyama, and Kensho Ono and reprising from the main anime series as Osamu Dazai, Atsushi Nakajima, Doppo Kunikida, Kyouka Izumi, Chuuya Nakahara, and Ryuunosuke Akutagawa, respectively.

The Bungou Stray Dogs covers up the genre for supernatural action manga, originally launched by Kafka Asagiri and Harukawa back in December 2012 and it got published in the Young Ace Magazine. As for the plot, For weeks, Atsushi Nakajima’s orphanage has been bothered by a mystical tiger that only he seems to be conscious of. Assumed to be behind the newfangled events, the 18-year-old is abruptly kicked out of the orphanage and left hungry, homeless, and wandering through the city. The story gets interesting when one day, Atsushi saves a man called Osamu Dazai from drowning in a river. He later realized, that the person was actually planning to kill himself and he is also a supernatural detective. Here is the trailer for the anime –
