One Punch Man became very popular ever since it aired its first season back in 2015. The anime is based on a Japanese superhero webcomic created by the artist, One back in 2009. The webcomic follows a certain plot which revolves around Saitama, a hero who is strong enough to defeat any opponent with just one punch, he now seeks for an opponent who’s strong enough to withstand him. The rare plot was a huge success, grossing more than 7.9 million hits in June 2012.

One Punch Man is an action-packed superhero comedy, later on, turned into an anime adaptation by Madhouse studio. One Punch Man season 1 follows the original manga, it covers chapter 1 to chapter 48. An anime adaptation for One Punch man was announced in 2015. It’s directed by Shingo Natsume under the name of Madhouse. The first season aired from October 5, 2015, to December 21, 2015.

Getting love from all around the globe, the staff then decided to bring in the second season for One Punch Man. However, due to some controversies, It was decided that One Punch Man would be changing both its production company and director. Previously, Shingo Natsume was directing the first season under Madhouse but now, The second season will be overseen by J.C. Staff Production and helmed by Chikara Sakurai.

Plot-

One-Punch Man is a super hero who has trained so hard that his hair has fallen out, and who can overcome any enemy with one punch. However, because he is so strong, he has become bored and frustrated with winning all his battles so easily.

S1 Plot-

The anime follows a simple plot- The story of an average guy who’s a hero for fun. However, the anime follows a never-seen-before storyline where the MC is just over-powered to the extent that he gets depressed there’s no one strong enough to challenge him. You might think that such a strong person would be revered as a God by the people. Sadly, you’re mistaken. The people don’t even know he exists! This really plays a major point in the later episodes, when Saitama has to show his strength in front of the public and becomes one of the highlights of this series.
