The masterpiece from Kyoto Animation, Violet Evergarden: The Movie recently released on big screens in Japan. And so far, the movie is performing really well. As of now, the movie has sold 390,000 tickets and made 559 million yen (approx US5.31$ million) after 5 days on the big screens.

Originally, the movie was slated to release in Japan in January 2020. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the creators had to postpone the movie twice. Last but not least, the movie finally got released on 18 September.

A unique continuation of the TV anime which circulated in 2018, the film will follow “auto memory doll” Violet, still unfit to disregard her previous boss Gilbert, who showed her of adoration. At some point, she meets his more established sibling Dietfried, who reveals to her that she ought to disregard Gilbert and proceed onward – yet it is unthinkable for her. Not long after, Violet gets a call from a youthful customer, while the mail center finds a letter with no location sitting in their stockroom. Here is the trailer for this movie –
